Flåm, Trolltunga, Mikkelparken, high mountains & fjords. Kayaking, rafting, cycling tours, Vorringfossen waterfalls & Hardangervidda National Park, all within reach. Relax & have a scenic view of the river Eio flowing to Hardangerfjord.
Feel at home and enjoy the comforts of a home away from home, TV with wifi internet, own kitchen & livingroom.

We also have some cleaning materials for easy cleaning and tidying up.

Once you booked the place, you will get complete privacy. And as your host does not live in the premises, there is no free breakfast. But the kitchen is well-equipt for cooking so you can prepare your meals with ease. Just bring all the needed ingredients for your menu.

We also rent out the adjacent apartment,  but no need to worry as you both have your own entrance/main doors.

BASEMENT APARTMENT: They also have their own entrance.

IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING!
Please take this into considerations when booking my place.
1. Being near the main road, the place might not be comfortable to those used to total silence specially when sleeping with open windows. (Better to just close the windows). Windows facing the road are soundproof but I cannot guarantee you zero sound specially if you have sensitive ears
2. NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING! You need to charge it in the charging stations located at the town center, 2 minutes drive from my place.
3. BEDTIME RULES: PLEASE tone down noise at bedtime, no running around, mind your footsteps and no loud sounds after 10pm (22.00).

FREE PARKING SPACE!

Kids can play in the yard, use the swing, and can borrow some of the playthings that my kids have.

Just need to tell me in advance the ages of the children so we will know which play things and toys to bring to the house.

Important to note

 

This is a nice and quiet neighborhood so your stay is guaranteed safe, relaxed and private!

Just be aware that Eidfjord is a small town with only 2 grocery stores, a gasoline station with grocery, a few souvenier stores, a convenience store and 1 foodtrailer which sells Asian/Thailand foods. And they often closes at 18:00 (6 o'clock in the evening).

So I advice you to bring your own food or buy already from other towns especially if you are arriving late in the evening.

However, if you prefer to dine out, Eidfjord has nice hotels with restaurants that can offer you great dining experience!
